Covered parking is limited and reserved according to the earliest date of payment. If you select Yes to reserve a covered parking space, you must pay $300.00 in addition to the $200.00 security deposit to reserve a covered parking space.

Covered parking is limited and reserved according to the earliest date of payment. Please ensure the vehicle to be parked in the covered parking garage meets the vehicle size restrictions of 17’ Long x 8’ Wide x 6’8” High, including antenna. If the vehicle is over the covered parking restrictions, a covered parking permit will NOT be issued. Applicants who pay for a covered parking space may only park in their assigned covered parking space and are NOT allowed to park in the general parking lots of Pine View Apartments or Pine View West Apartments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Apartment Reservation Information and Policies

Apartment spaces are rented for the academic school year: Saturday, August 22, 2026 – Saturday, May 8, 2027.
A $200.00 security deposit payment, $75.00 of which is non-refundable, must be paid with this application.
Apartment spaces and covered parking are reserved by the earliest date the application and payment are received by Pine View West Apartments.

Apartment and Covered Parking Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be submitted by email to support@pineviewwest.com NO LATER than July 1, 2026. Cancellations received prior to June 1, 2026, will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after June 1, 2026, and prior to July 1, 2026, will be subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee.
Covered parking is refundable until August 22, 2026. After August 22, 2026, applicant may transfer their covered parking space to a current resident of Pine View Apartments or Pine View West Apartments. There is a $10.00 fee to transfer a covered parking space.

Miscellaneous Information and Policies

High-speed internet (Xfinity-Comcast), Logan City utilities (electricity, water, sewer, garbage and recycle) and gas utilities (heat and hot water) are included in the rent.
A $10.00 per day late fee will be assessed after the fifth day of each month with a maximum monthly charge of $70.00. Late fees will be waived if payment arrangements are made in advance with management.
A $35.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia in any form, including vaporization, are prohibited on the premises.
