Rental Rates and Information

College Students | 2024-2025 School Year

Apartments are rented for the academic school year: Saturday, August 17, 2024 – Saturday, May 3, 2025.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL RATES

Apartment reservations are determined by the earliest date of application. A $200.00 security deposit, $75.00 of which is non-refundable, must be paid upon submitting an application.

SHARED BEDROOM

Monthly Rent: $485.00
Academic School Year: $4,168.00

Rent is per person with four, five, or six tenants
per apartment.

PRIVATE BEDROOM

Monthly Rent: $620.00
Academic School Year: $5,338.00

Rent is per person with three, four, or five tenants
per apartment.

RENTAL RATES

First and last months’ rent (August Days and September Rent and April Rent and May Days) are required to be paid in advance according to the following schedule:

June 1, 2024:

August Days and September Rent Payment Due: (August 17-31, 2024 – September 1-30, 2024)
Shared Bedroom:  $725.00
Private Bedroom:  $935.00

July 1, 2024:

April Rent and May Days’ Rent Payment Due: (April 1-30, 2025 – May 1-3, 2025)
Shared Bedroom:  $533.00
Private Bedroom:  $683.00

On or before September 1, 2024:

Please select one of the two following payment options:

Option One:

Elect academic school year rent payment schedule. Yearly rent balance after paying August Days/September Rent and April Rent/May Days’ Rent: Shared Bedroom Rent Balance: $2,910.00 – Private Bedroom Rent Balance: $3,720.00

Option Two: 

Elect monthly payment schedule with first payment due on October 1, 2024, and first day of each month thereafter. Monthly rental rate: Shared Bedroom: $485.00 – Private Bedroom: $620.00

Miscellaneous Fees:  A $10.00 per day late fee will be assessed for payments made after the fifth day of each month with a maximum monthly charge of $70.00. Late fees will be waived if payment arrangements are made in advance with management. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Forms of Payment:  Rent payments may be made by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, credit card, debit card, or cash. Credit card payments can only be processed online. Please make checks payable to Pine View West Apartments. The security deposit payment and any other payments may be made online via the company website. Click on the PAY RENT tab and follow the instructions.

Reserved Covered Parking:  Covered parking is available to a registered tenant for $300.00 per academic school year. Covered parking is limited and reserved according to the earliest date of payment. Please ensure the vehicle to be parked in the covered parking garage meets the vehicle size restrictions of 17′ Long x 8′ Wide x 6’8″ High, including antenna. If the vehicle is over the covered parking restrictions, a covered parking permit will NOT be issued. An applicant who pays for a covered parking space may only park in their assigned covered parking space and are NOT allowed to park in the general parking lots of Pine View or Pine View West Apartments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Utilities:  Logan City utilities (electricity, water, sewer, garbage and recycle) and gas utilities (heat and hot water) are included in the rent.

Restrictions:  Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. Pine View West Apartments does NOT allow the use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia in any form, including vaporization, on the premises.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations MUST be submitted via email to support@pineviewwest.com NO LATER than July 1, 2024. Cancellations received prior to June 1, 2024, will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after June 1, 2024, and prior to July 1, 2024, will be subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee.
